Mgerle /Conventional Surface grinding machine

Profile of the Company: Company is manufacturing VMC/HMC/5- AXIS Machines, Automation Systems, Robotic Machines etc.,

Position Title: Conventional Grinding machine Operator

Position Type: Permanent/Full time

Job Location: Anantapur Dist- Near Bangalore

1) 5 Years working knowledge about basic operation about Surface/Cylindrical Grinding machine

2) Knowledge about Setting procedure for part, Grinding wheel selection, Magnet clamping & measurement by use Various type of Micrometer, Dial ,Slip gauge,.

3) Independent Grinding and controlling of the parts dimension with respect to drawing requirement.

4) Drawing understand ,Process understand ,GD&T knowledge is mandatory.

5) Grinding wheel balancing &Dressing knowledge

6) 5S knowledge

7) Basic daily maintenance checklist knowledge for the Grinding machine

8) Readiness for shift working
