Job Title: Sales Executive (Non-Field Work) Location: Office No. 101, First Floor, Z-Plus Building, Behind Kiran Hospital, Katargam, Surat. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Jr. Sales Executive to join our team. This is a non-field, office-based role requiring strong communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills to drive sales and support client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with customers from various local channels of specific countries, leveraging the basic customer list provided by the company as a starting point. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions for natural and lab-grown diamonds and jewellery. Prepare and deliver product quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Stay updated on product specifications, industry trends, and market competition. Support marketing efforts by sharing insights and contributing to promotional activities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the diamond or jewellery industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English Proficiency) Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a customer-focused mind-set.
