Support & Operations Analyst

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing support and operations expertise, focusing on data analysis and communication with clients. Your role will require you to work with Advanced Excel, including VBA, Power Query, and Power Automate, write and understand SQL queries, analyze data sets, merge them, and share insights effectively. Additionally, you will need to communicate clearly both in written and verbal forms, solve problems through strong secondary research, and collaborate with team members to ensure quality in project deliveries within a fast-paced environment.
