Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat regarding bookings, extensions,

check-ins, and check-outs.

Provide guidance on rental policies, pricing, and vehicle availability.
Manage escalations and resolve service-related issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Coordinate with fleet/operations teams to ensure timely vehicle availability, delivery, and pickup.
Track ongoing rentals and proactively communicate updates (delays, extensions, or vehicle

swaps) to customers.

Verify documents and customer eligibility as per company policy before confirming bookings.
Support the sales team with post-booking operations and account handling.
Generate daily/weekly operational and customer service reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/MBA with specialization in Customer Support, Operations, or Service Management (or

equivalent relevant qualification).

13 years of experience in customer support or operations (car rental, travel, or automobile

industry is a plus).

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/helpdesk tools is an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
