Job Description

Requirement :

Knowledge of CRM's & ERP's
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent with computer operating skills.
Good communication skills and listening skills.
Good email writing skills.
Technical education background candidates will be preferred.

Responsibilities :

Troubleshooting and resolving the customer queries through Support Tickets, Calls, and Emails.
Providing information to clients regarding the product.
Monitoring client issues.
Preparing reports related to issues and solutions.
Keeping a record of support tickets.

Important Things to Note :

Salary will be offered as per Experience, Knowledge and Delivering capacity of the candidate.
