Support Executive at Lohari

Role Overview

The Support Executive will work on a shift basis to ensure smooth handling of IKIN smart locks for vehicles, from installation upon arrival to removal after return. The role also includes data entry, reporting, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install IKIN smart lock on vehicles when they arrive.
• Remove locks from vehicles after return and check for proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of lock issuance and returns.
• Perform data entry in the system and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical team for issue resolution.
• Work on rotational shifts (day/night).

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / ITI / Graduate (technical background preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electronic components.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Preference: Candidates from the nearby area for easy shift availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
