Support Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems and applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, a service mindset, and technical expertise in handling user queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level support to end users for hardware, software, or system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or remote tools.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and track resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Document issue resolutions and maintain support logs.
• Train users on system functionality and updates.
• Collaborate with development or infrastructure teams on bug fixes or enhancements.
• Ensure timely closure of support tickets within SLA timelines.
