Support Engineer 2 - BY Demand, BY Fulfillment, BY ESP

The position is focused on supporting various BY Planning solutions in Demand/Fulfillment/Supply Planning space across Retail and Manufacturing verticals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Consulting, and Support services. Your role involves providing technical and non-technical support during the Steady state period, ensuring primary user support, verifying that the system delivers the required business functions, and maintains data integrity. As a part of a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company, you are expected to have a strong techno-functional foundation. You will work closely with the broader Cloud team to provide product support, possess deep knowledge of industry best practices, and demonstrate the ability to address supply chain & product issues while collaborating with product teams. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various BY Planning solutions such as Demand, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization across Retail and Manufacturing verticals. Your tasks will include understanding the implemented solutions/products, analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and providing permanent solutions. Adhering to SLAs based on the severity of customer cases, completing assigned product certification courses, documenting learning, and building knowledge content are essential aspects of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges, represent products and portfolios confidently, collaborate with Solution/Technical architects, manage/support new rollouts/deployments, handle change requests/enhancements, and work towards improving various KPIs for customers. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Support/Implementation support. Hands-on experience in implementing/supporting Demand & Fulfillment products for multiple customers is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills, and a deep understanding of customer business and processes are essential. Knowledge of other Supply Chain Planning software like SAP-IBP/APO, o9, Kinaxis, Relex, performance tuning techniques, technical requirements for the product line assigned, and various technical platforms and infrastructures are advantageous.
