The position focuses on supporting various Blue Yonder Planning solutions in Demand/Fulfillment/Supply Planning space across Retail and Manufacturing verticals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Consulting, and Support services. Your role involves providing technical and non-technical support during the Steady state period, ensuring primary user support, verifying that the system provides the required business functions, and maintains data integrity. In our current technical environment, you will be working with software such as Blue Yonder Demand, Blue Yonder Fulfillment, and Blue Yonder Inventory Optimization. The Cloud Architecture used is MS Azure, and you will also be familiar with frameworks like PL/SQL and RDBMS. Your responsibilities include understanding the implemented solution/products, analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and providing permanent solutions. You must adhere to SLAs based on the severity of customer cases, complete product certification courses, document learning, and build knowledge content. Moreover, you will provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges throughout the journey. As a key stakeholder during the Solution design phase, you will understand the scope for the specific solution/process flow for the designated customer. Collaborating with Solution/Technical architects to stabilize the system, enhance/change the design based on new business requirements, and being a single point of contact for all customer requests for the designated solution are vital aspects of your role. You will manage/support new rollouts/deployments, handle change requests/enhancements, and work to improve various KPIs for the customer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Support/Implementation support. You should possess the skill set and availability requirements as per the organization's needs, along with hands-on experience in implementing/supporting Demand & Fulfillment products for multiple customers. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills, and ability to make thoughtful proposals are essential. Deep understanding of Customer business and processes, experience with other Supply Chain Planning software, and knowledge in performance tuning techniques are also desirable. Understanding technical requirements, various technical platforms, infrastructures, and Blue Yonder's product suite are crucial for this role.
