Support & Development Engineer

Role Overview: As a Valorx Support & Development Engineer, your main responsibility will be to manage, enhance, and support the integration of Salesforce with Valorx across the business processes. Your expertise in Salesforce, Excel-based workflows, and Valorx applications will be essential to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Application Support - Provide L2/L3 support for Valorx applications and integrations with Salesforce. - Troubleshoot user issues, analyze logs, and resolve functional and technical incidents within SLA. - Coordinate with business stakeholders to capture, prioritize, and resolve issues impacting operations. - Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for recurring issues. - Development & Enhancements - Design, develop, and enhance Valorx solutions integrating Salesforce and Excel. - Configure Valorx templates, mappings, and data flows as per business needs. - Develop automation, validations, and optimizations to improve end-user experience. - Collaborate with Salesforce development teams to align Valorx changes with platform strategy. - Process & Governance - Ensure compliance with deployment, change management, and incident management processes. - Participate in release planning, testing, and production deployment activities. - Provide training and user guidance for Valorx adoption. Qualification Required: - Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) data models and workflows. - Hands-on knowledge of Valorx Workbooks and Applications (design, configuration, optimization). - Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas, macros, data analysis). - Experience in L2/L3 application support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. - Understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and data management in Salesforce. - Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
