We are looking for a motivated and enthusiasticSupport Associate Internto join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, client engagement, and relationship management while supporting the customer relations team in day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
2. Support the resolution of customer issues and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data is up to date in CRM systems.
4. Collaborate with the team to analyze customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Help prepare customer communication templates and reports.
6. Assist with administrative tasks related to customer support operations.

Required skills:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
4. Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
5. Available to work from the Office.
