Role: Supply Planner

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Rolling out weekly / monthly production plans to the factory
Managing Inventory at the optimum level - making sure that there is no non-moving or slow-moving FG as well as no stock outs at warehouse / consumer
Experience in S&OP planning
Defining stock policies & ensure adherence
Ensuring highest levels of OTIF
Ensuring production adherence (Plan vs actuals) via collaboration calls with factory
Manage multiple stakeholder communication including MRP, factory, demand, QA, Distribution, Project Management to ensure production plans are met
Follow-up with MRP team to ensure material availability to meet production plans
Follow-up with QA for timely batch release to mitigate Out of stock
MTS, MTO,Cycle stock, Safety stock, OTIF, OEE- Overall equipment efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in supply planning or related SCM roles.
Proficiency in supply planning tools and ERP systems (SAP/APO, Oracle, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
