Supply planning lead

As a Planning Lead at a high-growth consumer brand in the FMCG/Food & Beverage industry based in Mumbai, India, your role is crucial to driving the end-to-end integrated planning function. You will be responsible for balancing service levels, inventory health, and cost efficiency while enabling agile decision-making across the value chain. Key Responsibilities: - Supply Planning: Manage capacity, align material availability, lead run strategies, and optimize make vs. buy decisions. - Inventory Management: Deliver service KPIs while reducing waste, obsolescence, and inefficiencies. - Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and support scenario planning for business continuity. - System & Process Excellence: Champion planning tools (SAP APO/S4 HANA, O9, Kinaxis), drive automation, and support ERP transformation initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage sector, with a Masters from a tier 1 institute. You should be skilled in SAP, Power BI, and statistical modeling tools, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management would be advantageous.
