Generate regular reports on regional supply chain activities and performance for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the regional supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regional supply chain activities comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, including food safety and transportation standards. Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions or delays. Establish risk mitigation strategies to deal with factors such as supplier volatility, transportation issues, or stock imbalances.
