Supply Chain Operations Associate

As a Supply Chain Operations Associate at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in the Expediting team, where your primary responsibility will be to follow up with suppliers through calls or Teams meetings to ensure timely delivery of parts to the warehouse. Your daily tasks will involve making multiple calls to suppliers for follow-up activities and possibly managing a group of individuals overseeing suppliers. Your role will also entail analyzing, improving, and optimizing automotive supply chains through digitization to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and resilience. Your key responsibilities will include assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices for Order Management, encompassing processes from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment and financial settlement. This will involve activities such as order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services, and activation of billing. A crucial aspect of the role will involve managing Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network operations.
