Your primary responsibilities will include leading SAP WM system and process enhancement activities based on business requirements and integrating them with other digital tools and automation processes in the warehouses. You will collaborate with regional and HQ teams to implement global logistics projects and integrate technology into workflows for process improvements, aligning with a techno-functional role in business process excellence. Additionally, you will focus on replacing manual processes with digital solutions in warehouse operations, driving proactive improvement projects and process re-engineering in logistics, and working with stakeholders to implement new processes seamlessly. Conducting risk and cost analysis to enhance current processes and developing strategic plans for innovative solutions will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have 12-15 years of experience in SAP WMS operations with a strong knowledge of SAP logistics processes. Experience in leading SAP WMS and other digital solutions implementation within the logistics sector is essential, along with an in-depth understanding of business processes in warehouse, transportation, and supply chain management. Displaying a strong eagerness to learn and enhance skills in emerging technology trends to apply innovations within the logistics field is crucial. Techno-functional expertise is required, as you will serve as a business process analyst with comprehensive skills in managing the full cycle of processes.
