Supply Chain Finance System Test Manager

As a Test Manager for the Supply Chain Finance System, your role will involve leading the quality assurance and testing efforts. You will be responsible for defining and implementing QA frameworks, collaborating with various teams, managing test planning and execution, overseeing UAT, ensuring comprehensive integration testing, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring the QA team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for the Supply Chain Finance System. - Define and implement QA frameworks, standards, and best practices for manual and automation testing. - Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery of quality software releases. - Manage and coordinate test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management. - Oversee UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders. - Ensure comprehensive integration testing across modules and third-party systems. - Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and automation coverage. - Prepare and maintain test metrics, dashboards, and reports for management visibility. - Mentor and guide the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and collaboration. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in a test management or lead role. - Proven experience in Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, or Banking/Financial Systems. - Strong understanding of end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test design, execution, and defect management. - Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr). - Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, or similar frameworks is an advantage. - Familiarity with API testing and integration testing practices. - Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, team leadership, and project coordination. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with Agile and DevOps environments. - Exposure to Cloud-based systems and integration testing with financial platforms. - Professional certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.,
