Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Liaise with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and track shipments based on customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain performance.

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in supply chain or customer service.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and PO processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• MBA in Operations preferred.
• Prior experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is a strong plus.
