Job Description

As a Supplier Quality Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience, your role is crucial in ensuring that products from external suppliers meet the company's quality standards. Your responsibilities include: - Supplier Evaluation: Assess and select suppliers based on their ability to meet product and schedule requirements. - Quality Assurance: Develop and implement supplier quality evaluation and control systems. - Audits & Compliance: Conduct supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Issue Resolution: Work with suppliers to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions. - Performance Monitoring: Track supplier performance metrics, including defect rates and on-time delivery. - Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with suppliers to drive process improvements and eliminate waste. You are expected to work in a full-time capacity with benefits such as health insurance and a performance bonus. The work schedule may include day shift, morning shift, or rotational shift.
