Job Description

As an experienced professional with a minimum of 6 years in handling electrical parts, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Demonstrate knowledge of electrical parts, including EV-specific components such as BMS, Electric motors, Switches, IBU, ACU, wiring harnesses, and headlamps. - Exhibit expertise in PCB assembly processes, particularly in SMT Manufacturing, covering tasks such as Stencil printing, Component placing, Reflow soldering, AOI/EOL, Testing, etc. - Collaborate effectively with NPD/Production/Supplier teams to identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive actions at the supplier's end. - Monitor Vehicle Assy FTTQ Inline/Field Issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives at the supplier's end. - Possess strong knowledge in AIAG Core tools, including SPC, MSA, PFMEA, CP, APQP. - Be willing and able to travel to supplier locations as necessary. - Manage T1, T2~Tn Suppliers and plan/conduct regular audits at the supplier's end to validate processes and products. - Ensure compliance and assist suppliers with adherence to the Quality Management System standards such as IATF16949 and ISO9001. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have a B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electronics and Communication Engineering. Possession of certifications in IATF16949 and ISO9001 is required. Proficiency in English language is essential for effective communication in this role.,
