You should have at least 6 years of experience in handling electrical parts, including EV-specific components such as BMS, electric motors, switches, IBU, ACU, wiring harnesses, and headlamps. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with NPD/Production/Supplier teams to identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive actions at the supplier's end. You will need to monitor Vehicle Assy FTTQ Inline/Field Issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives at the supplier end. Strong knowledge in AIAG Core tools, such as SPC, MSA, PFMEA, CP, and APQP, is required. You should be willing to travel to supplier locations as needed and manage T1, T2~Tn Suppliers by planning and conducting regular audits to validate processes and products. Ensuring compliance and assisting suppliers with adherence to the Quality Management System, IATF16949/ISO9001, is also part of the role. Your educational background should include a B Tech in Mechanical/Electronics and Communication Engineering. Certifications in IATF 16949/ISO 9001 are preferred. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.,

Job Title: SMT Plant Manager Experience Required: 5+ Years in SMT Manufacturing (Managerial Role) Location:Bangalore Job Description We are looking for an experienced SMT Plant Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations at our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) manufacturing facility. This role involves overseeing production, ensuring quality control, maintaining equipment, and managing a team of engineers, technicians, and operators. Key Responsibilities Production Management: Plan, schedule, and execute production to meet delivery and target goals. Workflow Optimization: Improve material flow and workflow for better throughput and efficiency. Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards; take corrective action for defects. Equipment Management: Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of SMT machines. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the SMT team for continuous improvement. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety regulations. Cost Management: Control operational costs and manage resources within budget. Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory of materials and components. Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on production and quality. New Product Introduction (NPI): Support smooth transition of new products into production. Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of managerial experience in SMT manufacturing. Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and programming. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems preferred.
