Job Description

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering positions or equivalent with @ 5 - 10 years experience in the field of Operational Quality with sound knowledge on principles, technologies and theories.
Positions support business processes in area of Supplier Quality Assurance - Operational Quality. It involves active role in new part development, understanding part drgs, tolerances and references, study of applicable standards and making the control plan. Creating solution of technical issues, development of new methodologies, procedures with their theoretical and/or practical know how and understanding. Knowledge of Metrology and Metallurgy lab equipment and their applications. Knowledge of micro section analysis in development of new raw materials preferable.
Job demands focus on interpretation and application of procedures, analyze issues, implement changes, and may advise and guide operational positions in their area of specialization.
Activity also involves inspection of parts inhouse or at supplier''s premises, Participating in various discussion with CFT and with supplier''s team, making MOM, making 8D reports and closing with proper actions, using various reporting from SAP take out the data and analyze and take proper actions.
ISO / EHS / IMS certifications in specific fields will be required.
