Supplier Governance Support, Administrator

The administrator will work within the vendor support team and be responsible for providing administrative support to the global strategic sourcing teams. You will be responsible for Vendor On-boarding, which includes the receipt of on-boarding requests, ensuring all required information has been provided, creation of legal agreements from templates, adding vendor profiles on multiple business systems, and ensuring all relevant parties are kept informed at each stage of the on-boarding process. Additionally, you will be managing Vendor Data Management by handling all day-to-day administrative updates, ensuring vendor data is accurate and up to date, and providing vendor data upon request. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the Vendor Support Desk, ensuring all tickets are actioned and closed within the allocated SLA, and achieving excellent feedback for the customer service provided. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, exceptional organizational skills, effective time management skills, outstanding customer service skills, and a minimum intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
