Job Description

Job Title: Factory Supervisor & Record Keeper About the Role:We are hiring a Factory Supervisor who can take care of daily activities on the shop floor. This includes supervising production, keeping track of materials and stock, helping with dispatch, and making sure the factory is clean and running smoothly. You will be working both on the floor and on the system (basic Excel work). This is a hands-on job suited for someone who is sincere, active, and organized. Key Responsibilities:Keep a record of daily production and work progress. Maintain stock registers for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables. Help manage material inwards and dispatch of goods. Coordinate with transporters and porters for loading/unloading. Use Microsoft Excel to update and maintain basic records. Ensure the factory is clean and organized at all times. Supervise helpers and report issues to the management. Work with the security team to monitor gate entries and vehicle movement. Who Can Apply:Education: 10+2 or ITI/Diploma preferred. Experience: 1–2 years in factory or warehouse work is a plus. Freshers may also apply. Skills Needed: Basic knowledge of Excel and record-keeping Good at managing and following up with workers Honest, responsible, and punctual Willing to stay active and spend time on the shop floor Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
