Supervisor

Job Location: Perambra, Calicut

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow at our Perambra location. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, the ability to coordinate with staff, and ensure targets and operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations and staff activities
• Ensure work is carried out efficiently and as per company standards
• Maintain attendance, discipline, and productivity of staff
• Coordinate with management for reporting and instructions
• Monitor stock, materials, and basic operational requirements
• Handle minor issues and support team members as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• Male candidates preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive and responsible attitude
• Ability to manage and guide a team

Experience:

• Prior supervisory experience is an added advantage
• Freshers with leadership skills may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
