Packing List Executive

Position: Packing List Executive
Location: Kalamboli Warehouse
Department: Operations / Dispatch

Role Objective:
Prepare accurate packing lists for all outgoing shipments, ensuring correct material details, quantities, and customer requirements are met for smooth dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare packing lists with correct heat numbers, sizes, weights, and quantities.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to verify materials before dispatch.
• Ensure packing lists match invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch instructions.
• Maintain packing list records physically and in Tally / ERP.
• Share packing lists with dispatch, QC, and accounts teams as required.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies in quantity or description before loading.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in warehouse/dispatch documentation.
• Basic knowledge of steel products (pipes, tubes, sizes, grades) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
