Job Summary:
The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating site operations, ensuring smooth loading and unloading of equipment, managing operators, and maintaining proper documentation. The role involves day-to-day supervision of field activities, equipment deployment, and client coordination. The candidate must be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist in equipment loading and unloading at sites.
• Collect delivery challans with proper stamps and documentation.
• Arrange gate passes for operators and equipment.
• Monitor duty hours of equipment and ensure adherence to operational rules.
• Arrange accommodation and basic requirements for operators at sites.
• Ensure that operators clean equipment regularly and maintain daily checklists.
• Guide operators on logsheet maintenance, hour meter readings, and diesel filling procedures.
• Track diesel consumption and report irregularities.
• Arrange replacement operators when required and ensure proper coordination.
• Follow up with operators for daily logsheets via WhatsApp, courier, or physical submission.
• Verify and submit bills, coordinate billing with clients, and follow up for payments.
• Step in to operate equipment personally in case of operator emergencies or absences.
• Conduct daily 5-minute meetings with operators for updates and safety instructions.
• Ensure operators follow all safety protocols and site rules.
• Coordinate with clients to manage daily operations effectively.
• Conduct M.S.E. checks every 10–15 days.
• Assist in site pass making (one/two days per site as required).
• Follow up with existing clients for new business opportunities.
• Visit at least one client location every month for relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or from Mechanical Engineering Background additional advantage.
• Experience in equipment handling, site supervision, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
