Supervisor - Residential

About the Role:

Ankitgram Sewadham Ashram is looking for committed and disciplined supervisors to manage daily operations and staff coordination for 1100+ residents, including the elderly, differently-abled, mentally ill, and terminally ill.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee caretakers, nursing staff, and general operations
• Ensure timely routines (food, hygiene, medication, activities)
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness across departments
• Coordinate with doctors, kitchen, and admin teams
• Report daily updates to management

Eligibility:

• Graduate preferred; prior supervisory or NGO/hospital experience is an advantage
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Compassionate, service-minded, and willing to live on campus

Important Note:

Ashram strictly follows a vegetarian lifestyle and prohibits alcohol, smoking, or any intoxicants. Only those who fully accept these rules should apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
