SUPERVISOR OF GDA AND HOUSEKEEPING

Supervisor of GDA and housekeeping Responsibilities:

• Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor for GDA & Housekeeping to oversee and manage the daily activities of General Duty Assistants and housekeeping teams in our hospital. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hospital operations, team supervision, and hygiene protocol implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of GDAs and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure adherence to hospital hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Monitor daily duties and ensure proper staffing for all hospital areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of wards, OPD, ICUs, and other patient areas.
• Provide training to new and existing staff on patient care assistance and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain duty rosters, attendance, and performance records.
• Report issues and improvements to hospital administration.
• Ensure patient and staff satisfaction through clean and supportive environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
