Supervisor - MDM- Workday & SAP

As a detail-oriented and experienced MDM Specialist at WPP, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality master data across Workday (HR systems) and SAP (finance, procurement, etc.). Your critical role will ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance across enterprise platforms. You will have the opportunity to work with a global network of talented individuals dedicated to doing extraordinary work for clients in over 100 countries. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining, updating, and monitoring master data in Workday and SAP, collaborating with various teams to ensure proper data governance and alignment, performing data quality checks and validations, supporting data migration and integration activities, developing and enforcing data standards, providing support and training to business users, and participating in MDM-related projects. To excel in this role, you will need a minimum of 10-13 years of experience in Master Data Management, a strong knowledge of computer operating systems & database technology, process-driven and methodical approach, attention to detail, good administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
