Role Overview

Supervisor - IPDRG (Inpatient Diagnosis-Related Grouping)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of IPDRG coders
Ensure 100% DRG accuracy and compliance with CMS and AHA guidelines
Conduct regular audits and coding quality checks
Train and guide team members on evolving coding standards
Collaborate with US-based clients to meet SLAs and quality benchmarks

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in inpatient coding with DRG specialization
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, PCS, and DRG methodologies
AHIMA or AAPC certification preferred
Prior experience in handling US healthcare projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
