Job Description:

Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering candidates with 6 to 8 years of experience in fabrication and assembly. The role requires effective management of shop floor operations and hands-on expertise in sheet metal fabrication, welding, and structural assembly, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shop floor fabrication and assembly operations.
• Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow.
• Manage and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Interpret drawings and ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory for smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot fabrication, welding, and assembly issues.
• Monitor productivity and provide necessary training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fabrication and mechanical assembly
• Knowledge of welding techniques, machining, and fabrication equipment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing
