Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for English Language and Literature based on the CBSE curriculum. Foster a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and a love for the subject. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and personal growth. Organize and manage extracurricular activities such as debates, public speaking, creative writing, and drama clubs to enhance students' language skills. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to contribute to the overall academic and cultural development of the school. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (English Literature, B.A. Hons. English, etc.) is mandatory. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is compulsory. A Master's degree in English or Education is a plus. Experience : Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher in a reputable school is preferred. Freshers with exceptional academic records and a strong desire to teach may also be considered. Key Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and different teaching pedagogies. Effective classroom management skills. Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools. A patient, empathetic, and resilient personality with a passion for teaching. Ability to work as a team member and contribute to the school community.
