English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for English Language and Literature based on the CBSE curriculum.

• Foster a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and a love for the subject.

• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.

• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and personal growth.

• Organize and manage extracurricular activities such as debates, public speaking, creative writing, and drama clubs to enhance students' language skills.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to contribute to the overall academic and cultural development of the school.

• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate new and innovative learning materials.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (English Literature, B.A. Hons. English, etc.) is mandatory.

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is compulsory.

• A Master's degree in English or Education is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher in a reputable school is preferred.

• Freshers with exceptional academic records and a strong desire to teach may also be considered.
