Role & responsibilities Location: - Jaipur, Rajasthan We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Executive with a strong background in solar product sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to achieve sales targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities in the solar energy segment. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Maintain accurate sales data and update CRM systems regularly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in B.Tech or MBA (preferred). Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales (specifically in the Solar Industry). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
