The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial accounting, including handling accounts in Tally ERP, TDS, GST, purchase bills, purchase negotiations, plant accounts, Site Accounts, Insurance and preferably payroll. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Maintain and update financial records using TallyERP software. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions. Taxation: Handle TDS and GST compliance. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely submission and adherence to tax regulations. Purchases and Negotiations: Oversee procurement processes, including negotiating with suppliers for the best terms and prices. Maintain and update purchase records and ensure timely payment to vendors. Plant Accounts: Manage accounts related to the construction plant, including inventory management and cost control. Monitor and report on plant expenses and financial performance. Payroll: Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries. Maintain payroll records and handle employee-related financial queries. 6. Insurance Management: Maintain and update records of the company's insurance policies, including health, property, liability, and other relevant insurances. Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely renewal and coverage adjustments. Monitor insurance claims and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper documentation and resolution. Prepare and review insurance-related financial reports, ensuring accurate recording of premiums, claims, and other related expenses. Provide support in risk management and assessment related to insurance coverage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in TallyERP software. Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other tax regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing payroll. Familiarity with plant accounts and inventory management.
