Position Title: Weighbridge Operator
Location: Pune, Maharashtra(On Site)
Industry: Road Construction / Infrastructure
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the weighbridge system to record weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles carrying construction material.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of weighment information.
• Issue weighment slips and maintain digital and physical records.
• Monitor vehicle movements to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.
• Coordinate closely with site supervisors, security, and logistics teams.
• Conduct daily calibration checks and basic maintenance of the weighbridge equipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions or operational issues to the maintenance team.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the weighbridge cabin
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 10th or 12th pass; diploma or certification in logistics or operations is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or weighbridge software).
• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
• Prior experience in weighbridge operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and in outdoor environments.
• Work Environment:
• Site-based role with exposure to construction activities and transport vehicles.
• May require extended hours during peak project phases

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
