Role & responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of sulphuric acid production, including monitoring production processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring efficient production output. Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs. Ensure quality control measures are in place to produce sulphuric acid that meets industry standards and customer requirements. Lead and manage production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure proper functioning of production equipment and initiate improvements. Monitor and analyze production data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance overall production efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with sales, inventory, and quality assurance.
