The client you would be working for is a global IT services and consulting company with headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. As a SuccessFactors RCM & ONB Consultant, you are expected to have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in SF RCM & ONB. The shift timing for this role is from 01:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST. Your essential job functions will include implementing and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors RCM Module. You must hold certification as a SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience and Candidate Experience Recruitment Management & Onboarding. It is essential that you have managed at least two end-to-end SF implementations and possess hands-on configuration experience in various areas such as candidate application, requisition templates, offer letter, integration with employee central, and onboarding. Skills in SF EC, SF ONB, and RMK are considered advantageous. Your role will involve building SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions to enhance clients" Recruiting and Onboarding functions, designing, setting up, and testing prototype and production instances, and ensuring seamless integration of all platforms. You will collaborate with project teams, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional Recruiting and Onboarding solutions driven by SAP SuccessFactors. Developing strong client relationships, providing best practices, and advocating for the right solutions will be crucial aspects of your role. Participation in sales efforts, continuous learning, and technical skill development are also expected.
