Headquartered at their Global Corporate Office in Wakad/Baner, Pune (Pune–Bangalore Highway), the company delivers complete fluid management solutions for large infrastructure projects across sectors such as water supply, power plants, irrigation, building & construction, oil & gas, marine, and defence.

The company also manufactures a wide range of industrial, agricultural, and domestic pumps, valves, and hydro-turbines.

Position Details

Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager /AGM – SAP SuccessFactors (PMGM)
Location: Global Corporate Office, Baner – Pune
Qualification: MBA / Postgraduate or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 10+ years

Role Overview

The incumbent will serve as a SuccessFactors Specialist and Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) Module, while also supporting other HR technology modules. The role requires end-to-end ownership of configuration, deployment, and support of SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Solution Architect for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Module, driving design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Provide full technical support and administration across modules including:
  • Employee Central
  • Recruitment Management (RCM)
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Ensure seamless configuration, testing, and rollout of system enhancements and updates.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to capture requirements, translate into technical solutions, and deliver effective HR systems.
  • Lead troubleshooting, incident management, and provide ongoing user support and training.
  • Partner with global HR technology teams to ensure compliance with best practices and system governance.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with strong hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
  • Proven expertise in PMGM Module with deep understanding of system design and functionality.
  • Experience across other modules (Employee Central, RCM, Onboarding, Offboarding) is mandatory.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving in complex HR technology environments.
