Success and Insights Manager

As a Success & Insights Manager at Tuskr, your main focus will be on engaging in meaningful conversations with customers and prospects to drive success and gather valuable insights that contribute to the continuous improvement of our product. Your responsibilities will include working closely with prospects to understand their testing challenges, demonstrating how Tuskr can address their needs, and showcasing the value proposition of our solution. You will also collaborate with existing customers to identify usage patterns, gather feedback, and establish strong relationships that foster adoption and retention. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting independent research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences. By leveraging your insights, you will provide valuable feedback to the product team to influence the roadmap and drive growth. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to visit customers and prospects in person to build rapport and address their needs effectively. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing position, such as Customer Success, Sales, or Presales, and possess exceptional communication skills. You should be adept at quickly grasping the functionalities of popular SaaS tools and aligning them with customer requirements. A resourceful mindset is crucial, as you will be expected to independently seek solutions through research, industry best practices, and customer insights. This role also requires a willingness to travel for customer engagements and demands a self-starting attitude to thrive in a dynamic SaaS environment.
