Job Description

As a Subject Matter Expert on Enhanced Due Diligence processes at LSEG, your role involves: - Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on the content and research methodology for the LSEG Due Diligence Reports Product Review to enhance content, research methodology, and training programs - Generating product improvement ideas related to risk scoring model, search string optimization, sanctions, report writing, and template design - Providing input to fulfill complex client requirements and acting as a point of contact for customer queries - Analyzing and resolving issues by collaborating with relevant departments like technology and product development - Developing and delivering training sessions to Research Team members, conducting workshops, and participating in webinars - Partnering with Technology/Product/Proposition teams to test new content platforms, services, and features - Recommending effective problem-solving methods and techniques, and actively pursuing ways to enhance Knowledge Management - Ensuring the upkeep of knowledge databases on designated products and supervising junior staff Your qualifications should include: - 10-12 years of experience in Enhanced Due Diligence areas such as KYC, AML, ABAC, KYS, Third Party Risk Management, Investment Migration, or similar use cases - Ability to understand customer EDD requirements and familiarity with EDD market, solutions, industry trends, and global due diligence regulations - University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Criminal Justice, Journalism, or International Relations - Excellent written and spoken English, analytical, writing, and presentation skills - Organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to details - Proactive and independent work approach with minimal oversight in a structured setting - Advanced Microsoft Office skills Desired qualifications may include: - Knowledge and expertise in Investment Migration products of EDD - Recognized financial crime prevention certification (e.g., CAMS or ICA) - Knowledge of anti-financial fraud measures applications such as LSEG World-Check - Experience in conducting training sessions for a global audience and developing educational materials - Expertise in preparing internal documents and providing consultation on product launches and due diligence research uncertainties - Understanding of leveraging AI and ML to enhance due diligence processes Additionally, as part of LSEG, you will receive full training, assistance from colleagues, and benefits such as a buddy for the first month of training, an annual bonus plan, monthly wellness and work-from-home allowance, employee assistance program, access to e-learning platforms, and real-time economic data through the Workspace platform.
