Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to manage and support the day-to-day operations of Subex HyperSense FM & AI platforms. This role focuses on fraud monitoring, alert investigation, case management, system health checks, and incident handling, ensuring seamless operations, effective fraud prevention, and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage fraud detection alerts, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
Perform case management and provide operational support for fraud-related incidents.
Conduct system health checks and ensure high availability of the platform.
Analyze fraud patterns and support proactive fraud prevention strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational and technical issues.
Provide L2/L3 support and ensure smooth incident and escalation management.
Document operational procedures and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

Proven hands-on expertise in Subex HyperSense FM operations & monitoring.
Strong knowledge of telecom fraud scenarios (e.g., IRSF, SIM Box, Roaming Fraud, etc.).
Good understanding of PostgreSQL and MinIO.
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven alerts and their operational handling.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of telecom OSS/BSS processes and flows.
Experience in incident management and operational support (L2/L3).
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting.
