Job Description

  • Planning and scheduling Food Safety audits in alignment with regulatory and customer requirements
  • Conducting Food Safety audits as per FSSAI Schedule 4 requirements
  • Generating comprehensive audit reports and documentation
  • Submitting complete Audit Packs in a timely manner
  • Making necessary corrections to audit reports based on the technical review process
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO/FSSC 22000 standards during audit execution
  • Liaising with clients to clarify audit findings and support improvements in their food safety systems
  • Traveling across designated regions to perform audits at client locations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Food Processing, Dairy Technology, or related disciplines (B.Tech/BE/B.Sc)
  • 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in food safety or quality management
  • ISO/FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor certification preferred
  • Candidates with experience of conducting 2030 food safety audits will be given preference
