Job Description

Planning and scheduling Food Safety audits in alignment with regulatory and customer requirements
Conducting Food Safety audits as per FSSAI Schedule 4 requirements
Generating comprehensive audit reports and documentation
Submitting complete Audit Packs in a timely manner
Making necessary corrections to audit reports based on the technical review process
Ensuring compliance with ISO/FSSC 22000 standards during audit execution
Liaising with clients to clarify audit findings and support improvements in their food safety systems
Traveling across designated regions to perform audits at client locations

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Food Processing, Dairy Technology, or related disciplines (B.Tech/BE/B.Sc)
2-3 years of relevant industry experience in food safety or quality management
ISO/FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor certification preferred
Candidates with experience of conducting 2030 food safety audits will be given preference
