As a Style Associate, you will use your product knowledge and fashion sense to assist customers in choosing the perfect jewelry for any occasion. Your role will involve achieving individual sales targets, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in meeting store targets, and delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge, processing store deliveries, packing orders, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions. Ensuring that the store looks presentable and inviting to customers, processing point-of-sale purchases, handling transactions, and cross-selling additional products to enhance the customer's shopping experience are also key responsibilities. Teamwork with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and compliance with SOP procedures is essential. You should be willing to work on the store sales floor for extended periods and be open to taking on additional tasks. Qualifications Required: - Graduate (Fresher) or Min HSC qualification with 2+ years of retail experience - Must be above 18 years of age and below 35 years of age - Open to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends In terms of skills, you should possess: - Strong communication skills - Local Language Proficiency: Able to communicate clearly and concisely in the local language - English Skills: Able to speak clearly in English, utilize active listening, and respond appropriately - Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers and respond to inquiries - Non-Verbal Communication: Maintain appropriate eye contact, demonstrate a range of facial expressions, use gestures effectively, and understand personal space based on customer comfort - Personal Presentation: Maintain well-fitted and pressed clothes, good personal hygiene, appropriate hairstyle, wear accessories that complement appearance, devoid of body odor, and lightly scented products used Please note: No additional company details were provided in the job description.
