Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Style Associate to join our team at Kurla Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion jewellery and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain knowledge of fashion trends and products.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
Assist customers with selecting and purchasing products, including providing recommendations and solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems are necessary.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a degree in fashion or a related field is an asset.
Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, move quickly between tasks, and work flexible hours as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are vital.
