Job description :
Counseling: Advising students on overseas education and helping them make informed decisions
Handling inquiries: Managing incoming calls and responding to student queries
Scheduling appointments: Scheduling meetings with counselors for students
Preparing documents: Preparing documents such as visa application forms, checklists, and submission letters
Following up: Following up with students on their applications, inquiries, and acceptance
Providing information: Providing information on admission, visa documentation, and other requirements
Handling applications: Filing application forms with universities and ensuring they are received on time
Maintaining data: Keeping track of registered students and their visa status
Coordinating: Coordinating with students and universities abroad
Representing universities: Representing universities abroad
Guiding students: Guiding students to the right program and converting inquiries into admissions
Arranging financial aid: Helping students arrange for education loans and other financial aid
