Job Summary:

Leom International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Study Visa Counselor to guide and support students aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in counseling students for study visas, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their global education goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, course selection, university options, and visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.

Handle student queries through walk-ins, calls, or online inquiries.

Guide students through the entire admission and visa process, from application to final approval.

Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure timely documentation and submissions.

Stay updated with the latest visa rules and education policies of different countries.

Coordinate with universities, colleges, and other internal departments for smooth application processing.

Achieve monthly student enrollment and visa targets.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in study visa counseling.

Good knowledge of visa and admission procedures for Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and/or other major study destinations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi; Punjabi is a plus).

Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience working in an education consultancy or immigration firm.

Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or related preferred).

Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual.
