Study clinician(MBBS Doctor)

You will be working as a Study Clinician (MBBS Doctor) at Mahim location. Your role will involve clinical responsibilities such as interacting with patients, consultants, and residents to provide timely medical assistance. Additionally, you will collaborate with study authorities, coordinators, and the data team to ensure effective data collection and study progress. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to TB regimen and monitor side effects, providing guidance on further investigations and TB treatment. - Administer Bedaquilline and other drugs from RNTCP for TB Patients. - Follow up with MDR TB patients to monitor side effects of TB drugs and support them in adhering to their treatment regime. - Coordinate with patients, consultants, and the data team for efficient operations. - Track patient health and side effects through regular follow-ups or teleconsultations. Specific Responsibilities: - Evaluate new MDR TB cases or cases eligible as per study requirements. - Screen TB patients and assist them in the enrollment process. - Monitor MDR TB treatment progress, fill up study-specific CRFs, and provide guidance on medication dosage and side effects. - Document patient adherence to medication and treatment outcomes. - Direct patients for necessary investigations and blood work. - Address patient queries related to treatment.
