Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Luma Vision’s products and services. Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through effective telecalling strategies. Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into successful sales. Maintain and update customer databases and call records accurately. Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with customers. Document call outcomes, feedback, and escalate unresolved issues as needed. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks. Required Qualifications Graduate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Bengali, or Nepali preferred). Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle rejection, work under pressure, and meet sales targets. Good organizational and time management skills. Preferred Skills Experience working in Siliguri or similar regional markets. Adaptable communication style based on customer profiles. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
